Michael J. DeCarlo - Senior Vice President
Michael serves as Sr. Vice President in the IFS Hospital business while also managing some of the firm's largest healthcare clients. Michael joined Insight Financial Services (IFS) in July 2002 having previously served as regional manager for ComDisco Healthcare group, Inc. Michael has 25 years of healthcare experience with an extensive background in the field of Medical Imaging. He has held senior management roles at Picker, Siemens & Phillips & speaks extensively to healthcare organizations on topics related to asset acquisition, lifecycle management & leasing best practices.
Colleen O'Donnell - Vice President
As the leader of the IFS Physician Group Practice business, Colleen joined Insight Financial Services (IFS) in 2008 from US Bank where she managed the Oliver Allen Physician Group Practice business. With over 17 years of leasing experience, & having structured over 100 million in EMR, IT & medical equipment leases, Colleen is recognized across the Physician Group Practice industry as a leading industry expert. Colleen has served on the Vendor advisory council for the MGMA & has been a featured speaker on EMR financing.
Bob Weir - Senior Vice President
Bob Weir joined Insight Financial Services (IFS) in 2009 from CIT Healthcare & serves as Sr. Vice President in the Insight Financial Services (IFS) Northeast Hospital business. With over 25 years of healthcare experience, Bob is recognized as an expert in providing creative equipment leasing & financing solutions to the healthcare industry. With a focus on hospitals, Bob has provided hospital clients with over 300 million in competitive & creative leasing structures. His knowledge of the industry coupled with an understanding of the intricacies of the hospital sector have made him a trusted client advisor. Bob is an active member of the HFMA Metro New York Chapter & has Chaired and Co-Chaired numerous committees.
Kim Marzin - Senior Vice President
Kim Marzin joined Insight Financial Services (IFS) in April 2002 after a successful career at Marquette Medical & the Com Disco Healthcare group. At IFS, Kim serves as the Senior Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic & Southeast Healthcare business. With over 30 years of healthcare experience, 10 as a critical care nurse; Kim has leveraged her insiders perspective in structuring over 200 million in equipment sales & financing solutions to hospitals and healthcare organizations. Kim is considered a trusted advisor & consultant to her clients and is an active member of HFMA, ELA, HIMSS and AHRMM.
